The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. The room was ok and there was everything one needed.
The window was very small and opened on a noisy street, you could hear people talking and loud music till late in the night.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean room with a kitchenette - what an excellent idea! Free WiFi access. A nice little back garden. Plenty of free parking in the streets outside. In a respectable working-class area, seemed very safe. Corner shops, pubs and take-aways nearby.
The stairs were rather steep when carrying luggage. I could hear my neighbour snoring through the wall.

All the staff were very friendly and professional, the room was very clean and the facilities in the room were great as we stayed for two nights and were completely self sufficient without having to eat out.

The staff here were very helpful and everything you needed was provided in the room including cutlery and plates.
I had a problem with the room being too hot for my liking and the water wouldn't run cold to drink during the night, althogh the staff kindly provided me with a chilled bottle of water.

Affordable price Free WiFi 24 hour reception
- Noise from outside and inside hotel - Unconfortable bed - Narrow/squeeky stairs (obviously, not suitable for older travellers) - Wardrobe hanging rail mounted too high (I was ok, but shorter people would struggle to hang clothes). - Unable to watch tv while in bed (tv mounted too high so picture blurred). **** Above all, I definitely resented the idea of forcing guests to leave their ORIGINAL passport or drivers licence with reception staff. I think that once the receptionist sees and confirms that the original documentation is valid, then a simple photocopy for the records would suffice. Moreover, there is a big risk of guests forgetting to collect their documents when checking out (especially if they are rushing to catch a flight or another event). In my particular case, when I checked out, the receptionist simply refunded my £10 cash deposit and told me I was all done. It was down to me to remind him that he had not returned my original drivers licence to me. For that reason alone, I have decided NOT to stay at this hotel again.

Staff at check-in was very helpful and even helped to carry the luggage up to the top floor. The lady on check-out was quite the opposite. My shirt got damaged on the staircase4 due to a nail sticking out. The Housekeeper informed maintenance, however the lady at reception did not even bother to appologise.

Our reason for staying in Luton was to catch an early flight the next morning. So, it was great to have the kitchenette - we could make our dinner and have an early night. There is a small Italian shop just past the hotel (ask at reception) where you can buy pasta, fresh bread and drinks for an easy meal. It also stocks lots of Polish groceries! Reception arranged our taxi (thanks!) and the hotel was very quiet at night, even in the room next to the courtyard. We would stay here again when travelling from Luton airport.
A few more supplies for the kitchen: a couple of sharp knives (one paring/chopping; one bread), & a chopping board. Also a small frying pan. The neighbourhood is not impressive but nor is it as scary as some reviews imply...and the hotel was easily walkable from the train station.

Very good facilities, everything is new and of a high standard in the room.

No internet service at all. Although I booked a non smoking room, but the room still smelled of smoke. Whoever stays above you, you can hear a their loud steps. The neighborhood where the hotel is located does not make you feel safe enough overall.

The self catering facilities were excellent, the beds were extremely comfortable and the shower was roomy. I would definitely use this hotel again.
The windows don't block out much roadside sound. I stayed during the week but it might be very noisy on a weekend.
